The cleaning brush is attached underside of the lid.

 

 

●  Does anyone use this grinder to brew for Chemex?

I have a Chemex brewer and this grinder works extremely well with it. I set the grind halfway between the coarsest French press and the drip settings. Comes out perfect every time.

 

 

●  Does this one have a course setting so I can make cold brew? 

Yes, they're many different settings and the owners manual guides you as well to which ones are best for each intended brew purposes I believe.
