Assembly & Usage

 

SHARDOR Programmable Coffee Maker can work in three mode, standby mode, normal mode and programmable mode.
Standby Mode: when plugging in the power supply, it work in standby mode. You can calibrate the time of coffee maker to local time, or adjust to normal mode.
Normal Mode: brew hot coffee.
Programmable Mode: program the 24-hour auto brew, so you can wake up to a fresh pot of coffee.

 


 

Standby Mode
After plugging in the power supply, the coffee machine defaults to standby mode. The LCD will display AM 12:00(0:00 a.m), and indicator is out.

 

 

Normal Mode
If the coffee machine is currently in standby mode, the following settings are required to enter Normal Mode:
Press the ON/OFF/AUTO key once, and the indicator become to red.

 

 

Note:If in Programmable Mode, you can enter normal mode by pressing the ON/OFF/ AUTO  key twice.

Two main function in Normal mode:
1. Sneak-a-Cup Function: Under the normal working mode, a proper amount of water can be added to water tank at any time. As long as there is water in the tank, SHAROR coffee maker continuously heats the water, and injects hot water into the filter tank to fuse with coffee powder. The coffee in the filter tank slowly drips into the coffee pot. If the coffee pot is removed from the base, the coffee in the filter will not continue to drip down. Once the coffee pot is restored to the base, the coffee in the filter continues to drip down.
2. Keep Hot  Function: If the water in water tank is used up, the coffee maker heats the coffee pot to keep the coffee warm for about 2 hours. After 2 hours, the red indicator lights out, representing the coffee machine working in standby mode.

 


 

Programmable Mode
If the coffee machine is currently in standby mode, the following settings are required to enter Programmable Mode:
1. Press the HOUR and MIN keys to calibrate the time of coffee maker to local time, and the LCD will display the modified Hour and Minute.

 

 

2. Press PROG key to set scheduled time. LCD will flicker AUTO, indicating the status of setting the scheduled time. 

 

 

3. Then press the HOUR and MIN keys to modify the brewing time. The scheduled hour and minute will be displayed on the LCD accordingly, you can confirm the time by pressing PROG key.

 

 

4. After the modification, press PROG again, and the scheduled time will take effect.

 

 

5. Press ON/OFF/AUTO until the indicator turns green and the LCD displays AUTO.

 

 

6. When the schdueled time comes, the light turns red and coffee maker starts brewing.

 

 

Note:
1. Time range: AM: 12-1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11, representing 0 to 11 am, PM: 12-1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11 representing 0 to 11 pm. For example AM 12:12 in LCD means 0:12 am.
2. If it is in normal mode, it can enter Programmable Mode by pressing ON/OFF/AUTO key once, indicatorcan will be changed from red to green.
3. Local time and scheduled time can also be be set in automatic mode, referring to steps (2) and (3) above.

 


 

Setting Coffee strength
In any mode of the coffee machine, you can set strong coffee by press STRONG key. If you do not want to brew strong coffee, press STRONG key again. BOLD on LCD indicate coffee maker brewing strong coffee.
